Quick fixes for the issues you’re most likely to hit.

Brand Audit shows “Failed” or “scores aren’t available”

The last audit run didn’t complete. Just re-run the Brand Audit from How AI Sees Your Brand (or the dashboard). Scores populate across the Overview, Pages, and Research tabs once a run succeeds.

Products aren’t showing up / “Products syncing”

Products appear once your Shopify store finishes connecting and syncing. Confirm the store shows Connected in Settings → Store, then give the initial analysis a few minutes. Use the All Products toggle to see the full catalog.

My fixes aren’t live on the store

SEO fixes are saved to your products automatically, but they don’t appear on your live storefront until you enable the AgentShop SEO Injection app embed in your Shopify theme editor. Until it’s on, on-page scores (like Structured Data) won’t reflect the fixes. This is a one-time toggle.

”Agent discovery: Not responding”

Shopify serves /agents.md and /llms.txt natively. If they’re not responding, a theme template or domain proxy is usually overriding them. Open the item’s Review step in Store setup to resolve it.

A report shows “Unavailable”

The report’s data source isn’t connected yet. Recovery Opportunity, for example, depends on cart data. Finish the related setup step and it will populate.

My pixel and GA4 revenue numbers don’t match

This is expected. GA4 only credits AI sessions that arrive with an intact referrer — many land under “Direct” — while the first-party pixel tags them at the source. The AI Traffic & Revenue page shows both and their overlap. Treat GA4 as a floor, not a discrepancy to reconcile.

Revenue looks low or charts look empty

AI-driven sales are low-volume early on, and short date ranges swing hard on a few orders. Set the longest date range your data supports (90 days, or since launch on a newer store) to read the real trend.

Rotating or securing your API key

Your key lives in Settings → API Keys. Treat it like a password — server-side only, never in client code. If it’s ever exposed, use Rotate key to issue a new one.

Reddit reply disclosure

Before posting an agentShop-drafted Reddit reply, the Safety checklist requires that the reply discloses you’re affiliated with the store. That disclosure is required, not optional — agentShop copies your reply and opens the thread, but you post it yourself.
